1. www.corostore.eu Online Store sells via the Internet, allowing the purchase of goods offered.

2. All products offered in the store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the market.

3. On the store's website lists both gross prices (including VAT) and net. Binding on the parties to the transaction is the price appearing on the product at the time of order by the Customer.

4. For each product sold VAT invoice provided.

5. Method of delivery of purchased items is determined by the buyer, by selecting one of the available shipping options. The buyer is charged for delivery according to the delivery price list.

6. Depending on the ordered product the following forms of payment are possible:

o Cash payment on delivery.

o Paypal

7. The condition of the contract is to provide necessary date to verify the Customer and the recipient of the goods. Shop confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail or telephone. The shop has the right to refuse orders, limit the method of payment or prepayment request if the request raises legitimate doubts about the veracity and reliability of the data supplied or method of payment.

8. For some goods / services delivery time is given. It informs how many workdays (or hours) does it take from confirming the order or from receving payment untill finalizing the order.

9. Shipments are delivered via Poczta Polska usually within 2-5 days. CORO Technology is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the non-fulfillment of the agreements by Poczta Polska or transport service.

10. In the case of uncompatibilty of delivered goods with the goods in contract, respective goods should be sent back with note describing uncompatibilities and customer demands, at the expense of the customer to the mailing adress given on shop's website. Customer has the right to demand that the goods are brought to the state compatibile with the one mentioned in the contract by free-of-charge repairment or replacement, as long as the above are not impossible or unprofitable. If the shop will not be able to meet specified requirements, customer has the right to demand reduced payment or can quit the contract.

11. Shop will make a statement regarding customer demands within 14 workdays from the moment of applying reporting uncompatibilities of the goods.If the case will require additional technical expertise provided by external companies, term can be extended.

12. If the application of non-conformity occurs within 10 days from the date of purchase, customer has the right to demand replacement of such product on an expedited basis. The expedited procedure applies only to a specific group of products. If non-compliance is recognized and claimed goods are available, the new goods will be sent within a few days after the delivery of non-compliant goods to the store. If this is not possible, the store will propose to the customer the return of price paid or will propose other available goods, withing same parameters.

13. In all of the above cases, when meeting customer demands requires shipment of new or repaired goods, store will cover the shipment costs.

14. In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000. On protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Dz. U. No. 22, item. 271) Art. 7, within 10 days of delivery of ordered goods, the consumer is entitled to its return without giving reasons in the context of withdrawal, according to the general principles deriving from the provisions on the conclusion of distance. In the event of withdrawal, the contract shall be considered null and void and the consumer is released from any obligations. Returned in this mode, the merchandise will be accepted only if it is returned unaltered unless a change was necessary in the ordinary course of business. This means that the goods must be in original packaging, with complete contents and the product and accessories are intact. It is permissible to open the package to see the goods, and the goods may be used, provided that such use will not lead to a change in its state. If you wish to take advantage of the above specific right of return, the goods must be returned at their own expense to the address listed on the store. For the return shipment must be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and account number for which the store has to return payment. Shop within 14 working days checks of the product. If the goods meet the above. requirements, corrective invoice is issued. The original and a copy is sent to the customer by registered mail. The customer should send a signed copy of the invoice correction, and after receiving it within 7 days, store shall refund money to the customer.

15. Warranty, and the right of withdrawal does not apply when the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin. Therefore, before accepting a package from the post office, check whether the packaging is not damaged in transit. In particular, note the condition of the tape or seals on the package. If the package is damaged or the seals (tapes) are broken in the presence of the courier damage protocol and the seller should be formed as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Checking the package on delivery is a necessary condition to take account of any customer claims for damage or robbery during transportation.

16. The information on the website of the store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The customer places an order through the mechanisms available on the websites of the store, submits an offer to buy specific goods under the conditions specified in the product description. The moment of conclusion of the contract of sale takes place during the written acknowledgment of receipt of the goods by the customer on the waybill shipment.

17. Owner of an online store make sure that descriptions and technical data contained in the store's products / services are in line with reality. It shall not be liable for incorrect application parameters and product characteristics or their sudden change by the manufacturer. However, in each case where data (including descriptions and specifications of the product) is presented on the website of the store on the day the contract is made the consumer does not coincide with reality, within 10 days from the date of purchase, he has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons in accordance with the provisions of withdrawal from a distance contract.

18. It is forbidden to use any materials published on the Store website (including information texts, photos and descriptions of goods) without written permission of CORO Technology owner.

19. These rules shall come into effect on the date of publication on the website online store. The shop owner reserves the right to change the rules
